CUSTOM-MADE/PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations
regarding cancellation rights (Regulation
13) you cannot cancel your order if the supply
of good(s) are made to your own specification,
such as photo gifts, named and personalised
products and custom printed items once production
of the product has already commenced.
We will have incurred costs for printing
plates and other materials within hours of
receiving your order, while we may be able
to stop production of your order, any alteration
or cancellation may result in out of pocket
expenses becoming liable. In this case we
will refund your payment less these expenses.
